The hotel staff was courteous and friendly, offering us helpful tips for getting around. The location was super convenient, with several eateries, a convenience store, a gym, and a spa within the complex. The hotel was also within easy walking distance of the MRT, awesome for easy transportation to all attractions in this city.

The location is fantastic, with the MRT station just a 2-minute walk away. It's also very close to the beautiful Botanic Gardens and all the main attractions. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a pool and heated spa. The staff, especially Kelvin, are extremely helpful and friendly. There are plenty of amenities on-site, including a restaurant, cafe, take-away food outlets, and a small supermarket.
The TV in the unit had frequent malfunctions, but the staff was always prompt in fixing it.

During my New Year stay, I really liked the spaciousness of the accommodations. It was perfect for our group of six and we had plenty of room to move around. the daily housekeeping service was a great bonus, ensuring that our rooms were alwayssuper clean and cozy. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and a mini market within the building.

We had a fantastic stay at Alocassia Serviced. The location was perfect, with the metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the convenience of having a supermarket and cafe right below the apartment.
